Erika Lernot Cortella is a Caribbean singer and shaman by birth. Her debut album, released in 2012 on the AWIMUSIC label, is entitled 'Le Voyage'. This acclaimed success has enabled her to collaborate with some of the greatest names in the music world: Gaël Faye, Kunlé Ayo, Jasser Haj Youssef, Arnaud Dolmen...
Erika was recognized as a shaman during a trip to India with a great healer. Taking a break from recording, she spent 2 years in India following the teachings of the Indo-Tibetan, Nepalese and Sri Lankan lineages. She heals the wounds of the soul with her hands and voice, and continues to sing.
In 2023, she sang with -M- Matthieu Chedid at the Grand TEAT in St Gilles, Réunion. She is now writing her new album "Chamane", due for release in 2026. Her new song, "Tourne", was released in November 2025.
